Raise collective consciousness through increasing the number of participants in group practice of Maharishi’s technologies to create a more peaceful world.

1. Increase the size of the group practicing the TM and the TM-Sidhi programs together.

 2. Inspire more students to aspire to the highest level of personal growth through the TM-Sidhi program.

 3. Public Service – increase institutional support for schools that train Maharishi Vedic scholars in peace-creating technologies.

We’ve tried a number of things to increase the numbers, but it’s unclear whether they’ve had any effect. Things tried include exhortations to faculty and staff, sending people’s program attendance percentages to them personally, meeting with outliers at the low-attendance end, sending program attendance updates to the department heads and trying to get department heads to take ownership of this, meeting with the staff in various departments to try to inspire group ownership and accountability.
As for reasons why some people don’t go more often: inclement weather (in the winter), physical challenges, people are getting older, some people don’t feel comfortable in the domes, etc. We also have fewer Pandits than before. The Maharishi Foundation is mobilizing a national campaign to increase the size of the group.
